Seneca Falls Branch Library
Situated in Seneca falls New York, this branch library design features salvaged concrete bridge elements as its main structure
Bridge elements were collected from surrounding neighborhoods and craned into place.
HVAC is placed between the bridge elements, taking advantage of their existing form
These pieces are recovered from dismantled bridges and balanced into the library form
The final assembly allows the recovered members to balance due to their extreme weight, and provides floor to ceiling windows.
